today is the first day I worked out. I am going to start doing thi more often. I dont want to say everyday cause i know that wont happen. but a few times a week.
what I did today:
walked outside for 20 min.
5 reps of differnt positions with a light weight for arms
3 reps of 15 of different positions for abs on a ball
3 reps of 10 of squats against a wall with the ball
I am gunna try and long what I do to see my progress.
I might go walk again outside for 20 more min. not sur eyet. got ot clean the house first.
